## Description

The Championnat de Baie de Seine is a regional sailing championship for keelboat sailors affiliated with French Sailing Federation clubs in the Calvados and Seine-Maritime departments. Coordinated by the Ligue de Voile Normandie and run by the Groupe des Croiseurs Côtiers, it brings together race information and results from sailing clubs around the Bay of Seine. The championship website helps sailors find race calendars, notices of race, results, club links, and guidance on Osiris ratings and measurement contracts. Eligible skippers are included in the standings through race results submitted to the French Sailing Federation. The ranking covers boats and skippers from participating maritime clubs, and counts crewed, double-handed, and solo events, wherever those races take place. Its scoring reflects both participation and the grade of each event, and the season runs from December through November. The site also publishes current and past standings, historical championship archives, and links to sailing, weather, and tide resources, serving as a practical hub for the local racing community.
