## Description

Baja SAE, a program of SAE International, challenges engineering students to design and build off-road vehicles capable of withstanding rough terrain and even water in some competitions. Students work as a team to tackle technical and business challenges, gaining real-world experience in design, testing, and manufacturing. Baja SAE offers the most rugged of all engineering competitions, providing students with a taste of managing real-life demands and priorities while pursuing their passion. The goal of each team is to create a prototype of an all-weather, rugged, single-seat off-road recreational vehicle for nonprofessional weekend enthusiasts. SAE International, with over 145,000 engineers and technical experts, is dedicated to being the ultimate knowledge source for the engineering profession. Through their global association, they drive expertise across various industries. Visit the official Baja SAE page for information on resources, news, competitions, and membership. Keep up with their activities, download forms, and even sign up as a volunteer to get involved!
