## Description

Bakony Kendo and Iaido Club is a martial arts club dedicated to the spirit of Budo, the traditional Japanese martial way. Its website introduces the club, its leadership, training sessions, equipment and clothing, and the history and vocabulary of kendo. The club welcomes people to join its regular practices, held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the gymnasium of the Séf Vocational Training School. The club’s name identifies both kendo and iaido, while the available training information focuses particularly on kendo. Competition is an important part of its activity: members have represented the club at national championships and other events, including the Hungária Cup, Sakura Cup and Budapest Momiji Cup. Published results include podium finishes and Fighting Spirit awards, as well as a bronze medal at the national team championship. The site also shares news, interesting videos and links to kendo associations, helping visitors learn about the discipline and follow the club’s participation in the wider kendo community.
