## Description

Ball4Life Basketball is a youth player-development program and competitive rep team focused on helping athletes improve on and off the court. Its approach combines skill instruction, game experience and character development, guided by the standard of getting “1% better every time.” Training covers basketball fundamentals, technique, shooting, footwork, defense, decision-making, game strategy and physical preparation, while also building confidence, discipline, resilience and a growth mindset.

Athletes can book one-to-one personal training for focused coaching or join two-hour drop-in scrimmages to practise live reads, pace and game situations. The program also offers competitive team play, where players can apply their skills under pressure, develop teamwork and strengthen their understanding of spacing, communication and defensive concepts. Ball4Life’s development method moves from assessment and skill-building to game-like application and repeated practice.

For approved players, parents and staff, the private My Team Portal provides access to team information, including game results and film, player stats, schedules, development details and updates.
