## Description

Bánh Mì Express is a family-run Vietnamese street food brand in Brussels, built around recipes first served from a food truck at festivals across Belgium. Since opening its first shop in 2019, it has grown to six locations, where guests can order at the counter and eat in or take away. The food is made to order, with crisp baguettes, fresh herbs and phở broth simmered overnight.

The menu includes bánh mì filled with pâté, pickles, herbs and a choice of filling; phở with beef broth, rice noodles and thin-sliced beef; rice bowls; cold vermicelli noodle salads; and summer rolls served with hoisin dip. Other offerings include Vietnamese meatballs, combo deals, iced coffee, homemade iced tea, sharing boxes and desserts. Full menu and allergen information is available.

Bánh Mì Express also provides lunch catering for Brussels offices, teams, meetings and events, with bánh mì, bowls, phở and rolls delivered the next day when ordered by 17:00.
