Unlike industrial-scale butters, Banner Butter does not use unripened cream or added flavorings. They take pride in their high proportion of butterfat, the long ripening process that allows for the formation of good bacteria, and the hand-cut and lovingly packaged presentation of their products. Banner Butter offers a range of options, including unsalted and salted butter, as well as sweet and savory compound butters.
