## Description

The Baptist History and Heritage Society is a non-profit, professional organization with a global membership. Our mission is to communicate the rich and diverse story of Baptists through various mediums such as print and digital media publications, conferences, and seminars. Our work not only reaches out to Baptists but also aims to assist the general public in understanding the significance of Baptists in history. As an independent organization, we are committed to helping Baptists discover, conserve, assess, and share their history. We accomplish this by publishing a wide range of print and digital resources, including the highly respected Baptist History & Heritage Journal, which showcases the work of Baptist scholars. Additionally, we host an annual conference that has become the leading Baptist history conference in the United States. To continue our important work, we rely on the support of our members and friends, including individuals, local congregations, and institutions. If you value the Baptist heritage of freedom of conscience, religious liberty, and separation of church and state, we invite you to join our society, volunteer, or contribute financially. Institutional partnerships and major donors are also crucial in preserving and championing Baptist principles for future generations.
