## Description

Barbara Krupp is an abstract artist with a self-taught background and a passion for creating bold and expressive paintings. Born and raised in Elyria, Ohio, Barbara's artistic journey began in 1976 when she gained her first gallery representation in Rockport, Massachusetts. Since then, she has showcased her work in galleries and prestigious art fairs across the United States, including New York City and the nation's capital. Barbara's earlier works encompassed landscape art with a focus on watercolors, where she learned to imply space through restraint rather than excessive detail. As her artistic perspective expanded through travel, she transitioned to abstract art, exploring natural forms and playing with color. Today, her large acrylic paintings feature minimalistic compositions with sensuous colors. With her art finding its way into numerous private and public collections, Barbara Krupp continues to captivate art enthusiasts with her unique style and creative voice.
