## Description

Golosamente Intollerante, also associated with GolosamenteVeg, is Barbara Silanus’s online school dedicated to gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free baking. Its teaching approach goes beyond recipes, helping learners understand how ingredients, flours and preparation techniques work so they can create reliable, appealing desserts with greater confidence and independence. The school offers the Golosamente Club, with courses, recipes and new preparations, as well as dedicated learning paths in gluten-free pastry without milk or eggs and gluten-free breadmaking. Students can access practical guidance on making soft cake bases, pastry shells and stable creams using simple, readily available ingredients, without relying on commercial mixes. Alongside its courses, the brand provides a free five-lesson learning pathway, a downloadable guide with advice and tested recipes, and articles covering techniques and ingredients. Learners can also find support through email, online sessions and social channels. Barbara’s emphasis is on creating balanced, enjoyable baked goods that are appreciated for their quality, rather than defined by the ingredients they exclude.
