## Description

BARFOOT is a board-making brand whose roots date back to 1978. It handcrafts custom boards and draws on a history closely connected to the development of skateboarding and snowboarding. The brand offers snowboards, longboard skateboards, and surf-style skateboards, alongside apparel and posters. Its site also features a shop, product and company news, customer testimonials, and support resources, including frequently asked questions and information about returns and exchanges.

BARFOOT is particularly associated with the conventional-bottom twin-tip snowboard. According to a quotation featured on its site, the company was the first to create this design, helping move snowboarding beyond the directional shapes that had previously been common and encouraging skate-influenced progression in the sport. The brand’s history and archive highlight its boards, collectors’ editions, custom work, and the story of founder Chuck Barfoot. With its focus on handcrafted boards and a longstanding connection to board sports, BARFOOT brings together snowboarding, longboarding, and surf-inspired skateboarding in a distinctive, historically minded collection.
