Founded by Chris Barnhart, who holds a BSCE from the University of Houston and a Masters of Civil Engineering from Rice University, our brand has been synonymous with excellence since its inception. Chris has been involved in bridge design since 1984 when he joined the Highway Department. During his tenure, he designed and supervised the design of 58 bridges, amounting to an estimated cost of $40 million and a total deck area of 1,110,924 square feet.
