## Description

Basketball Immersion is a coach education and development organization founded by Chris Oliver, serving basketball coaches from high school through professional levels. Its goal is to help coaches create more effective practices using evidence-informed ideas, games-based learning, and modern teaching methods. The online membership community offers more than 750 instructional videos, over 25 courses, guest-coach masterclasses, and weekly new content. Courses include interactive learning, quizzes, progress tracking, and certificates, while members can discuss coaching topics, ask questions during office hours, and learn from experienced coaches, including NBA and NCAA professionals.

Basketball Immersion’s resources emphasize small-sided games, player decision-making, variable practice, and the use of constraints to improve skill transfer, engagement, and time-on-task. Coaches can also access podcasts, blogs, free videos, and individual courses without joining the membership. Beyond online education, the organization provides consulting to NBA, NCAA, and professional teams, and delivers coaching clinics and basketball camps internationally. Its services are designed for coaches with varied roles and experience, offering flexible learning paths and practical ideas to support player development on and off the court.
