As the first distillery on the Mornington Peninsula, we draw inspiration from classic French brandies and employ traditional production methods to craft our premium aged spirit, Ochre brandy. Our coastal location and proximity to a wine-growing region enable us to handcraft our grape-based eau de vie spirit using Victorian wine, resulting in a smoother and richer flavor profile. At Bass & Flinders Distillery, we blend traditional distillation techniques with innovative approaches and locally sourced Australian botanicals.
