## Description

BAT Switzerland Vending, part of British American Tobacco Switzerland, provides cigarette vending machines for businesses and venues across Switzerland. Its machines are equipped with well-known Swiss cigarette brands and can be made available free of charge to locations such as bars, restaurants and events. The range of products offered through the machines includes cigarettes, nicotine sachets and vaping products.

The company supports customers with a complete vending service, including free delivery, installation and commissioning. BAT Vending also regularly restocks the machines, helping venue owners avoid inventory storage costs. A free customer service team is available to answer questions, with telephone support offered in four languages. The service is designed to meet customers’ needs through individually tailored product selections and transparent customer care.

Responsible operation is a central part of the offering. BAT Vending states that it observes youth-protection requirements and provides systems including card readers and token payment options. Venue partners may also receive revenue participation.
