Bath Astronomers is a vibrant community of amateur astronomers located in Somerset, dedicated to sharing the wonders of the night sky. Established in 1976, this society fosters a love for astronomy through regular gatherings that include observing evenings, workshops, and talks, catering to enthusiasts of all skill levels. Members can participate in telescope loans, enjoy educational resources, and engage in outreach activities, particularly aimed at schools and youth groups. The organization boasts a rich history tied to Sir William Herschel, with a logo that pays homage to his discovery of Uranus.

Bath Astronomers not only serves its members but also invites the broader community to explore the cosmos through public stargazing events and collaborative projects with the Herschel Society.
