# battalapp.com - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `battalapp.com` ## Description Battal is an Arabic-language smoking cessation app designed for people in the Middle East who want to quit smoking. Its program uses cognitive behavioral therapy to help users understand the thoughts and habits associated with smoking, address their concerns about quitting, and reconsider their reasons for smoking. Rather than asking users to stop immediately through willpower alone, Battal guides them through a gradual learning process intended to help them feel ready to quit. The core program consists of 11 steps, with each step taking about one to two days to complete. Afterward, users can continue with a program focused on adapting to life as a non-smoker. Battal is presented as suitable for cigarette, IQOS, vaping, and shisha users. The app also offers access to the Battal Community, where members can ask questions, share achievements, and receive peer support throughout their journey. Through progress tracking, habit change, structured guidance, and community connection, Battal aims to support users in quitting smoking and maintaining their progress. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Addictions _(under Health)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idU5YVnSJ2/w/512/h/512/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791278845928) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Beeswax | #fef3c6 | accent | | Black | #000000 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - var(--font-sans) — asset _(custom)_ - var(--font-sans) — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
