## Description

BauFachForum is an independent German-language construction knowledge platform founded to promote safer building through practical expertise and open discussion. Its author, Wilfried Berger, is a certified expert and building-damage analyst with more than 45 years of experience in crafts and building physics, supported by thousands of expert reports. The forum publishes construction knowledge independently of industrial interests, aiming to help professionals, homeowners, and beginners understand problems and prevent building defects.

Its resources include a construction encyclopedia, articles on building physics, window installation, insulation, moisture, condensation, mold, and damage analysis, as well as product tests and practical experiments. Visitors can also access building forms and inspection protocols, training materials, seminars, professional development information, and a directory for finding tradespeople and jobs. Membership offers additional promotional benefits. The site brings together expert guidance, archived reports, news, and opportunities for readers to exchange ideas and ask questions. Alongside its core construction content, it features regional topics, events, and community material, including coverage of Pfullendorf and local traditions.
