## Description

Bayboro Equestrian is a horse facility and riding community located on 100 acres in Branchville, New Jersey, about an hour from New York City. It offers boarding and training, with a focus on attentive horse care and facilities designed to support riders’ progress. The property includes 24 stalls, more than 30 acres of paddocks and turnout, scenic hacking trails, and a climate-controlled client lounge and tack room. Riding facilities include an indoor arena, outdoor jumping arena, dedicated dressage arena, and a 20-acre cross-country field with jumps from Starter through Preliminary, plus banks, ditches, and a water complex. All three arenas feature TruTex footing. Bayboro also makes its cross-country field, jump arena, and dressage ring available for scheduled schooling sessions from spring through October, weather permitting, with per-use fees. Stall care includes pine-shaving bedding, daily cleaning of water buckets, and sanitizing stalls before new horses arrive. Located near the Sussex Branch Trail and Sussex County Fairgrounds, Bayboro welcomes local and visiting riders and offers tours by appointment.
