## Description

Bayreuth Bats is the first official fan club of BBC Bayreuth, founded in 2001, and a supporter of the club’s youth development. The group brings together passionate basketball fans who share their enthusiasm for BBC Bayreuth and the atmosphere of the Oberfrankenhalle. It has also become a fan club for RSV Bayreuth, extending its support to another local sports organization.

Fans can join the Bats family by completing a membership application or visiting the club’s fan base at home games. Located in the foyer to the left of the entrance, the fan base offers a place to connect with fellow supporters and learn more about basketball in Bayreuth. Members and visitors can also find the group around the arena, where it serves as a voice for fans, or get in touch through social media.

The Bayreuth Bats organize away trips, share club news and fan information, and celebrate their community through features such as Fan of the Month. Their refreshed logo reflects a modern identity in the club’s colors.
