With her extensive knowledge and personal experiences, Gloriel is not only able to inform you about the various tours but also share her insights. Aside from vacation planning, Gloriel is also the hostess of the popular Barbadian dinner show, Bajan Roots & Rhythms. Known for her warmth, friendliness, and genuine care, Gloriel treats her role as a Vacation Coordinator as a way of life.

Markiesha Alleyne, armed with a background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, brings a fresh perspective to Baywater Tours. Having grown up in the tourism industry, Markiesha has a deep understanding of the needs of international residents. After completing her studies in the US, she returned to Barbados and, with the support of her family, friends, and a passionate vision, founded Baywater Tours.
