# Baza Grobów - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `bazagrobow.pl` ## Description Baza Grobów is a free online directory designed to help people find and learn about cemeteries across Poland. Its database lists more than 12,000 cemeteries across all 16 voivodeships, with a search tool that lets visitors look up locations by cemetery name, town, or region. Cemetery listings can include addresses, opening hours, map locations, administrative details, and historical information about the site and notable people buried there. Interactive maps use OpenStreetMap to help visitors identify cemetery locations, while the catalogue also highlights recently added entries. Examples range from active parish burial grounds to historic and listed cemeteries, with information about chapels, preserved monuments, local heritage, and the religious communities associated with each place. The website also features a blog and invites users to contact the team if a cemetery is missing from the database. By bringing practical search tools together with local history, Baza Grobów supports visitors researching burial places, planning visits, and discovering the cultural heritage of Polish cemeteries. ## Industries - 🗺 Reference Materials - 🗺 Public Records and Directories _(under Reference Materials)_ - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Decease _(under Community and Society)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG, SVG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idV3jBnoRN/w/820/h/820/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791028984191) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Science Blue | #0b57d0 | accent | | Mirage | #1e2939 | dark | | Brandy | #ddcd99 | light | ## Fonts - var(--font-sans) — asset _(custom)_ - var(--font-sans) — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
