## Description

Bachpan Bachao Andolan (BBA) is a powerful child rights movement that was founded by Nobel Peace Laureate Kailash Satyarthi in 1980. Operated under the registered society Association for Voluntary Action (AVA), BBA has been relentlessly fighting against all types of child rights violations, particularly child labor, trafficking, and slavery. BBA's primary goal is to prevent exploitation by providing legal support and assistance to victims of trafficking through rescue and rehabilitation efforts. Additionally, BBA focuses on creating an accountability framework for law enforcement and child protection agencies, safeguarding the interests of children through child-friendly policies and processes. Over the past 40 years, BBA has successfully protected and rehabilitated more than 110,000 children. Their mission is to create a child-friendly society, and their core values include justice, courage, compassion, integrity, and freedom. Led by Mr. Kailash Satyarthi, a renowned global leader, BBA has made significant contributions to the fight against child exploitation and ushered in legislative changes to support child labor eradication efforts.
