## Description

Blind Citizens Australia (BCA) is the national representative organization for people who are blind or vision impaired. Their mission is to inform, connect, and empower individuals with visual impairments and the wider community. BCA provides a range of services, including information resources, peer support, individual and systemic advocacy, and consultancy services. Their local branches serve as lobby groups and offer opportunities for social interaction among members. Additionally, BCA produces the New Horizons podcast, a weekly radio show featuring interviews on topics relevant to the blind and visually impaired community. To stay updated with BCA's activities and receive their magazine, Blind Citizens News, individuals can subscribe to their newsletter. BCA values the rich cultural heritage of the traditional landowners and pays respect to elders past, present, and emerging. For inquiries and feedback, contact BCA through their website or social media channels. By supporting BCA, you contribute to creating a more inclusive society for individuals with visual impairments.
