## Description

BCL Search is a New York City recruitment firm specializing in executive assistant and administrative placements. Since 2014, it has helped organizations find support professionals across financial services, technology, media, real estate, legal, and other sectors. Its clients include hedge funds, private equity and venture capital firms, investment banks, family offices, fintech and AI companies, startups, and wealth management firms. The firm reports more than 2,500 administrative placements and a candidate retention rate above 99% after 12 months.

BCL Search’s recruitment process begins with understanding a client’s workflows, leadership style, and team structure. It then sources and screens candidates, presents a focused shortlist with tailored assessments, supports interviews, and guides both parties through offers and onboarding. The firm emphasizes matching working styles and cultural fit alongside skills and experience.

For candidates, BCL Search offers access to job openings, resume guidance, interview preparation, compensation benchmarking, and career advice. It recruits for roles including executive assistants, administrative assistants, office managers, chiefs of staff, and facilities coordinators in New York City and across the United States.
