## Description

The Bund Deutscher Rassegeflügelzüchter e.V. (BDRG) is a dedicated association that promotes the breeding and appreciation of purebred poultry in Germany. With a focus on fostering sustainable practices in animal husbandry, the BDRG provides a wide range of resources for poultry enthusiasts, including educational materials, workshops, and comprehensive guidelines for exhibiting livestock. Their offerings include the BDRG-Tierbörse, a platform for buying and selling pedigree birds, as well as a well-stocked fanshop featuring innovative merchandise designed to enhance the visibility and enjoyment of purebred poultry breeding.

In addition to organizing prestigious events like the annual Bundesschauen, the BDRG advocates for responsible care of poultry by emphasizing health management strategies, such as vaccination against avian influenza. Members benefit from a wealth of information and support, including access to a breeding stock database and regular updates on breed standards. The BDRG is committed to preserving traditional breeds while ensuring a vibrant community for breeders and enthusiasts alike. Join us in celebrating the art of poultry breeding!
