Bear Creek Services is a non-profit organization based in Rochester, MN, dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries. Our mission is to empower these individuals to live their best lives, and we achieve this through a range of person-centered programs and services. We currently operate 11 group homes and 2 apartments, providing 24-hour, 365-day per year care for 51 people.

Additionally, our Independent Living Services Program (BCILS) supports over 50 individuals. Our dedicated staff members spend more than 190,500 hours per year on direct care in our homes, ensuring the well-being and fulfillment of those in our care. We prioritize community integration and encourage participation in activities such as grocery shopping, education classes, and recreational outings.
