## Description

Becore is a Swedish boutique fitness and wellness brand offering in-person classes, digital workouts, activewear and training equipment. Its five Stockholm studios are open seven days a week and host three signature experiences: a 50-minute Reformer workout combining controlled, low-impact movements with high-intensity strength training; Mat classes drawing on Barre, Sculpt, Mat Pilates and Yoga; and BeatCycle, a music-led, 45-minute ride combining cardio and targeted strength work.

For those who prefer to exercise at home, Becore’s Digital Studio provides expert-led workouts, guided programs and regularly added classes for streaming anytime. Its offerings include targeted sessions for arms, legs, abs and glutes, full-body workouts, and post-partum training developed by Becore instructors. The brand also sells activewear, including bras and tanks, alongside workout accessories and equipment such as grip socks, resistance bands, wrist and ankle weights, dumbbells and yoga mats. Beyond fitness, Becore shares articles and inspiration on movement, nutrition, recovery, mindset and wellbeing. Customers can book classes, explore membership options and credits, or access digital training through the brand’s website.
