## Description

Bec the Doula provides in-home postpartum support to families in Bibra Lake, Perth, and surrounding areas. Founded by Bec, a mother of three, the service is shaped by her own experience of the challenges and changes that follow the arrival of a baby. Bec is a certified Postpartum Doula through the Doula Training Organisation of Australia and a member of Doula Network Australia.

Her practical, nurturing support is designed to help mothers rest, recover, and feel more confident during early parenthood. Services include newborn care and education, feeding support, emotional support and mental health check-ins, sibling care, and overnight support. Bec can also assist with meal preparation, laundry, light housework, nursery organisation, bottle and pump-part washing, and small errands. Support may include taking the baby or toddler for a walk, helping with older children, or working through household tasks while a parent rests. Referrals to other postpartum support services are available when needed. Bec the Doula offers free 30-minute connection calls, with last-minute support also available.
