## Description

Blue Embrace Freediving is a freediving training provider based in Cornwall, UK, offering courses and coaching for people at different stages of their freediving journey. The brand’s training is led by Alice Hickson, a world champion and national record holder, alongside qualified freediving instructors. Its focus is helping participants develop skills and explore underwater environments in a safe, professional setting.

Course options include AIDA 1, an introduction to freediving’s basic knowledge and skills, and AIDA 2, which is designed for learners ready to take their training into open water. For those seeking to refine existing abilities, Blue Embrace offers one-to-one coaching with Alice. The organization also supports its freediving community through a club and provides information about the sport, its team, and training through its website and blog.

Whether newcomers want to learn the fundamentals or experienced freedivers aim to improve, Blue Embrace Freediving presents structured instruction and personal coaching as ways to build confidence and progress in the water.
