## Description

BEHR Gemüsegarten is a family-run German vegetable-growing business, managed by the fourth and fifth generations and drawing on more than 130 years of experience. Its roots are in cultivating fresh vegetables, and the company credits Rudolf Behr with helping establish iceberg lettuce in the German market in 1977. Today, BEHR grows around 60 different vegetable crops across approximately 4,000 hectares of open fields. Its production includes both controlled-integrated and organic cultivation, with crops grown in natural soil and using the power of the sun.

The company supplies vegetables with a focus on quality, freshness and dependable delivery, positioning itself as a partner for the food trade. Its own production and close involvement in growing help keep it connected to its products from field to supply. BEHR also shares information about its vegetables, cultivation and harvest, along with recipes offering ideas for different tastes and occasions, and films that introduce viewers to its work in the fields. Through these offerings, the brand connects agricultural production with practical inspiration for enjoying vegetables.
