## Description

Being Consultant is a career coaching and community platform designed to support professionals throughout the consulting journey, from exploring career fit and preparing for recruitment to growing and planning what comes next. Powered by its GRITS framework, the platform organizes guidance around five stages: gaining clarity, building foundations, succeeding in interviews, thriving in consulting, and strategizing future career moves.

Its offerings include one-to-one and group coaching, community support, expert-led masterclasses, and a library of career and interview preparation resources. Members can work on consulting CVs and cover letters, business and industry knowledge, networking, case interviews, fit interviews, mental math, and data interpretation. Practice options include peers, expert coaches, and an AI mock case interview coach. For consultants already in the profession, resources address early-career development, essential presentation and spreadsheet skills, work-life balance, and career transitions.

Founded by Gaurav, a former McKinsey Germany strategy consultant who has mentored thousands of candidates, Being Consultant aims to help people build the capabilities and confidence to enter consulting, succeed in the role, and develop their careers.
