## Description

Belayz is an operations and sales platform designed specifically for climbing gyms, bringing ticket sales, membership management, and QR check-in and check-out together in one system. It supports both single-location gyms and multi-shop brands, helping head offices and individual locations work from shared processes while retaining shop-specific products and rules.

Gyms can sell day passes, multi-use tickets, monthly passes, event tickets, and class tickets online. Customers pay by credit card or, for one-time purchases, PayPay, then display their ticket QR code in a web browser without installing an app. At reception, staff scan the code to check ticket validity, remaining uses, expiry dates, and reminders, while entry, exit, sales, and refund histories are recorded automatically.

Other features include membership and terms-agreement management, shop-level and brand-wide reporting, and staff accounts with role-based permissions. Belayz is intended to reduce front-desk congestion, simplify operational handovers, and create more opportunities for online sales. Adoption can be phased, with setup and migration support for existing ticket types and workflows.
