## Description

Beryl is a UK bike-share operator focused on making sustainable urban travel easy, enjoyable and accessible. Its services let people hire bikes and e-scooters through a free app, with vehicles available in locations including Belfast, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, Greater Manchester, Hereford, Norwich and Watford. In Belfast, the service includes 60 bays, 300 pedal bikes and 100 e-bikes, helping residents and visitors travel around the city and explore its neighbourhoods and attractions.

Riders use the app to find a nearby vehicle, unlock it, take a ride and park in a Beryl Bay or another considerate location. Beryl’s pedal bikes are designed for safe, convenient journeys, while its e-bikes offer assisted riding for hills and longer trips. In Belfast, customers can pay by the minute or purchase bundles of ride time, with fees applying for certain parking or locking issues. Beryl also works with towns, cities, businesses, universities and charities, and offers safety guidance and information about its positive impact.
