## Description

Belgian Scrap Terminal (BST) is a Belgian family-owned recycling group operating across several locations in Western Europe. The company processes more than one million tonnes of metal each year, transforming discarded materials into high-quality raw materials for customers. Its services cover the full recycling chain, from purchasing and analysing production residues and scrap to sorting and processing them for further use.

BST serves private individuals, industrial and demolition businesses, processors, garages and car dealers. It accepts ferrous and non-ferrous metals, scrap iron, end-of-life vehicles, ships and industrial scrap, as well as discarded electrical and electronic equipment. The group also provides comprehensive waste-management services and operates an authorised centre for the destruction of vehicles removed from circulation.

Using specialised expertise and advanced processing technologies, BST aims to recover materials responsibly and deliver outputs tailored to customer requirements. Environmental measures include monitoring incoming materials for radioactivity, treating rainwater at its sites and controlling machinery emissions.
