## Description

Belkorp is a family-founded private investment company headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. Led by Stuart Belkin and an experienced leadership team, the firm invests across three core areas: real estate, wholly owned operating businesses, and principal investments in capital markets. Its approach is shaped by a patient, long-term investment philosophy established by founders Morris and Helen Belkin in the late 1940s, with a focus on sustainable growth and value creation across generations.

Belkorp’s work extends beyond its investments to include a strong commitment to the communities where it operates. The company supports charitable causes in British Columbia and emphasizes giving back to the people and places connected to its activities. Its portfolio includes real estate projects such as Belkin House, associated with The Salvation Army, reflecting the firm’s interest in investments that contribute to community life. Through its investment activities, leadership, and community engagement, Belkorp seeks to build lasting value while carrying forward the principles on which the family business was founded.
