BHCA, the Bellefonte Historical and Cultural Association, is an organization dedicated to preserving and celebrating the rich history and cultural heritage of Bellefonte. Their passion led to the creation of the Talleyrand Park Committee in 1974, which laid the foundation for the present-day park architecture.
