## Description

Below the Belt is a dedicated initiative under the Australian and New Zealand Urogenital and Prostate (ANZUP) Cancer Trials Group, aiming to improve treatment outcomes for urogenital cancers, including bladder, kidney, testicular, penile, and prostate cancers. Since its inception, Below the Belt has successfully raised over $2 million for vital cancer research, focusing on funding innovative clinical trials and supporting groundbreaking ideas.

The organization encourages community involvement through various fundraising campaigns, such as the Below the Belt Pedalthon, where participants can cycle to raise money and awareness. Additionally, it offers programs like Friends of ANZUP, providing updates and opportunities for supporters to actively contribute to research efforts.

Through its Below the Belt Research Fund, this initiative has awarded seed funding to researchers, leading to advancements in clinical methodologies and treatments. By fostering collaboration among medical professionals and researchers, Below the Belt aims to enhance the lives of those affected by these cancers and pave the way for future breakthroughs in treatment.
