## Description

Ben Hogan Golf is a renowned brand in the golf industry, offering a wide range of top-quality golf clubs and accessories. As the owner of the brand, Perry Ellis International, Inc. Unfortunately, the Licensee faced economic challenges and the impact of the pandemic, resulting in a lack of resources to support their equipment production. Despite efforts to secure alternative sources of capital, it was unsuccessful. Nevertheless, Perry Ellis International remains committed to the Ben Hogan brand and is actively seeking a new licensee for the golf equipment category. This decision has no impact on existing apparel products or other golf brands under Perry Ellis International. The Ben Hogan brand continues to thrive in the apparel sector, remaining one of the most successful and recognizable brands in the company's golf portfolio.
