## Description

Benoni Harriers is a community running club focused on promoting a healthy lifestyle and bringing together people with an interest in running. It welcomes runners of all abilities to join weekly trial runs, with no membership required and an inclusive approach intended to ensure no one is left behind. Weekday meetups usually gather at 6:00 p.m. for an 6:15 p.m. start, led by experienced running captains. The club also encourages members to connect socially after some runs and shares training notices and upcoming activities through its group and notice board.

Benoni Harriers organizes and supports running events, including the Johnson Crane Race and colourful 5 km and 10 km runs. Its website provides race information, online entry details, race-day entry guidance, number collection information, substitution rules, results, and event pamphlets. Club activities also include Easter 100 km challenges and captain-led challenges, with a special medal available to eligible participants in the Running Captain Challenge.
