## Description

Béouèts à Vic is a community photography website devoted to Pentecotavic, the distinctive Pentecost feria in Vic-Fezensac, in the Gers region of Gascony. It brings together images and stories from the celebrations, documenting the music, crowds, places, costumes, portraits, and lively moments shared by festayres and visitors. Visitors can explore extensive photo albums, browse images by day, date, tag, or theme, and view videos featuring sound, including recordings of fanfares. The site also highlights humorous private jokes, memorable moments of solitude, and special prizes selected by its jury, including the annual Béouèts Award. Users are invited to rate and comment on photos, suggest ideas, and take part in nominations. Those who attend can upload photographs from a mobile phone, tablet, or computer for inclusion in the collection. Béouèts à Vic also offers a newsletter, blog, event information, and a shop featuring T-shirts and other goods. Its archive celebrates the festival through the shared perspectives of its photography team, friends, and community.
