## Description

Berhan Grains is on a mission to "rediscover the lost grain" and introduce the world to teff, an ancient African grain that is both nutritious and culturally significant. Teff, the smallest grain in the world, is named after the Amharic word for "lost", and the company's founders are dedicated to honoring the thousands of years of teff cultivation by ancestors and spreading its health benefits globally. As an Ethiopian-Canadian family, Berhan Grains aims to bring teff into your kitchen and show you how to incorporate it into your diet while immersing you in the rich culture and history surrounding this tiny grain. With a vision inspired by the Amharic word for "light", Berhan Grains seeks to use teff as a portal into Ethiopian/Eritrean culture and cuisine. From teff flour to recipes and bundles, Berhan Grains offers a variety of products and resources to support your teff journey. Discover the lost grain and explore the depths of Ethiopian and Eritrean heritage through Berhan Grains.
