## Description

De Schermtijdcoach is a Dutch parenting and media-education brand founded by Marloes, focused on helping families navigate children’s use of screens, smartphones, social media and digital services. Through accessible guidance and practical advice, the brand supports parents in making informed choices about technology, setting boundaries and building children’s online resilience without advocating a completely screen-free upbringing. Its website features a regularly updated blog covering topics such as screen time, children’s first smartphones, gaming, social media, online safety, digital wellbeing and emerging trends that affect families. The Schermtijdcoach also offers resources and services for parents, including a free e-book about common pitfalls in family screen-time conflicts, a Smart Start guide, one-to-one coaching conversations and a book. For organizations, it provides talks and presentations on children and digital media. The brand brings together information, inspiration and practical tools to help parents understand digital developments and support children as they grow up in an increasingly connected world.
