## Description

Beside Tax Shelter is a Belgian specialist helping companies explore investments under the country’s Tax Shelter regime. Launched in 2015, the company focuses on protecting placements through a cautious approach and reports that investors have obtained 100% of the tax certificates sought. It says it has worked with more than 3,000 investors and helped raise €232 million for 798 audiovisual and performing arts projects.

The Tax Shelter scheme allows eligible companies to allocate funds to qualifying productions, including films, series, documentaries, theatre, live shows and concerts, which must incur expenditure in Belgium. Beside offers placements linked to these projects, along with information on eligibility, conditions and the process. Its website also provides an online simulation tool, project filmography, investment documents, historical information, approved training and accounting guidance for professionals.

Tax Shelter placements carry risks, including the possibility of receiving only part or none of the expected tax exemption. The offer is directed primarily at eligible legal entities, and investors are encouraged to review the prospectus and risk factors before deciding.
