Her experience includes leading global research projects at the World Resources Institute and working on the design and implementation of the Rea Vaya BRT system in Johannesburg as a transportation planner. Aileen holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from Harvard University's Graduate School of Design and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Stanford University. Through Bespoke Transit Solutions, Aileen and her team aim to improve bus transit in cities by employing their interdisciplinary design and planning skills.
