## Description

Beter dan Gisteren is a lifestyle and hormone coaching practice in Rotterdam, founded by coach Mariella Bruinenberg. It supports women who want more energy, improved wellbeing and a healthier relationship between lifestyle and hormone balance. The practice also works with businesses seeking to promote employee health and vitality.

Services include individual coaching and group-based lifestyle support through CooL, a lifestyle intervention offered exclusively for women. One-to-one coaching can help clients build healthier habits and work toward goals such as weight loss, stress reduction, better sleep and greater understanding of hormones. For organisations, Beter dan Gisteren provides lifestyle coaching focused on workplace vitality, employee wellbeing and reducing absenteeism.

The practice takes a positive, personal approach centered on sustainable behaviour change. Its philosophy is that meaningful progress can come from small steps taken consistently, and that the body has a capacity for self-restoration. Beter dan Gisteren encourages each person to identify a practical next step toward feeling healthier and more fulfilled.
