## Description

Better Dads Club is a fatherhood and wellbeing community founded by Tom D. to help men become more present, capable dads through shared experience, practical habits and accountability. Its approach recognizes that many fathers may have lacked positive role models and offers a supportive place to learn from one another rather than navigate parenting alone. The club connects fatherhood with personal health, drawing on Tom’s background as a personal trainer and his experience helping clients improve mobility, strength and overall wellbeing. Its health coaching is tailored to individual biology and lifestyle, with guidance on exercise, nutrition and timing. The website also offers a podcast, workshops, events, community gatherings and online resources, alongside opportunities to join the community and access coaching. Better Dads Club encourages members to exchange perspectives on parenting, relationships and physical health, building practical tools for showing up well for their children and partners. Its central message is that men can learn from past role models, support one another and make positive changes for their families and themselves.
