## Description

**Brand Description: Betty's Genealogy**

Betty's Genealogy is a dedicated research service established in 1975, specializing in Amish-Mennonite and Swiss Volhynian (Russian) Mennonite family history in the United States and Canada. The journey began with a deep personal interest sparked by uncovering connections within the Hartzler family genealogy in Pennsylvania, leading to a passionate pursuit of ancestral roots.

Betty's Genealogy offers access to an extensive database where users can search family trees and individual genealogies, with particular emphasis on Amish-Mennonite cemeteries in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania. The service provides valuable resources, including the notable works of Hugh F. Gingerich and Rachel W. Krieder, which document Amish and Amish-Mennonite genealogies.

Additionally, the site features insights into the Swiss Volhynian history of families, specifically the Graber family, which migrated from Switzerland and later settled in Kansas. The brand's comprehensive databases, including references to cemeteries and family codes, make it an invaluable tool for those tracing their heritage in these unique communities.
