## Description

Bevri is a Georgian restaurant in downtown Palo Alto, California, offering a taste of Georgian food, wine, and hospitality on University Avenue. Opened in 2018 as the Bay Area’s first Georgian restaurant, Bevri takes its name from a word meaning “a lot”—a fitting idea for generous portions and a sharing-focused dining experience inspired by the Georgian supra, or long communal feast.

The menu features wood-fired khachapuri, including Adjaruli cheese bread served with butter and egg, and hand-folded khinkali soup dumplings. Other favorites include pkhali made with spinach, beet, walnuts, and herbs, eggplant rolls, and crisp-skinned chicken tapaka. Guests can explore a broader menu alongside Georgian wines, including qvevri wines fermented in clay vessels.

Bevri welcomes diners for lunch and dinner every day, with indoor and patio seating, a private room, and semi-private spaces. The restaurant also offers online ordering, catering, private dining, events, and gift cards. Its tip-free pricing means menu prices match the bill. Reservations are available, and walk-ins are welcome.
