## Description

De Beweegboom is a pediatric physiotherapy practice in Beilen serving children aged 0 to 17 from Midden-Drenthe. Its approach centres on trust, personal attention and supporting each child’s motor development at their own pace. Through playful exercises and professional guidance, the practice helps children improve movement, coordination and confidence, with care tailored to their individual needs rather than a standard programme.

Services are organised around different stages of childhood. For babies, support includes motor development and positional preference. Toddlers and preschoolers can receive help with walking, balance and gross motor skills, while school-age children may work on handwriting motor skills, coordination and sports abilities. For teenagers, the practice offers guidance for motor delays and injury prevention.

De Beweegboom also emphasises working together with parents and the child’s wider environment, including schools and sports clubs. The practice aims to create a safe, involved setting in which children can develop comfortably. No referral is required. Parents can contact the practice by phone, email or WhatsApp to discuss care or arrange an appointment.
