## Description

Beyond Behnke's is a brand that is dedicated to nurturing the minds and souls of gardeners, whether they are new to gardening or have years of experience. Their mission is to provide gardeners with the resources they need to enhance their gardening experience. They believe that gardening techniques and strategies should be accessible to everyone, and they strive to create an authentic online environment where gardeners can collaborate and find the guidance and inspiration they need to grow beautiful plants. Beyond Behnke's firmly believes that gardening is not only good for the soul but also brings happiness and opportunities to connect with others. They are passionate about their community and are committed to providing content that will make you laugh, smile, and learn along the way. Their goal is to nurture both your mind and your soul. Their vision is to create a community where gardeners can share their stories, seek advice, and celebrate the joy of growing plants together. They value honesty, compassion, community, happiness, and the well-being of both people and nature. Beyond Behnke's traces its roots back almost 90 years when the Behnke Family started a nursery in the DC metro area, providing plants and advice to gardeners. Although the physical nursery closed in 2019, the family and community were determined to keep their engagement with customers alive. Stephanie Fleming, granddaughter of the founders, took up the mantle and continued to share information through a weekly newsletter. Eventually, the idea of creating an online community called Beyond Behnke's emerged, providing a platform to inspire and connect plant lovers of all ages. Whether you're looking for gardening tips, information on local garden centers, or a sense of camaraderie among fellow gardeners, Beyond Behnke's is the brand that will support and guide you on your gardening journey.
